 We ship to all destinations including Australia and Africa. Free shipping is available on all purchases. No code required at check out. Standard shipping starts from $6.99 and has a delivery time of 7-14 working days (so weekends and bank holidays don't count). For a small fee, you can prioritise your shipment and "get it faster". (Please contact support@blondeunicorn.net if you need this service) You can expect your purchase to arrive in 4-6 working days. Certain items（Us based) can be delivered "express" (2-4 working days) and "next working day" (1-2 working days). If you have chosen the fastest option and for whatever reason we cannot fulfill your purchase, we will try to let you know within 1 working day.

We try to despatch orders within 2-3 working days. If however, your item needs to be restocked, it will take longer for you to receive the despatch notification, but you will generally receive your item within the time frame of your chosen shipping option. If for any reason your order might be delayed, we will notify you through email.

We always aim to despatch your order on time. However, we are not responsible for external factors that are out of our control, for example postal strikes, pandemic, courier delays etc that may delay the arrival of your order. We do not refund shipping costs where the order is delayed for factors beyond our control.

RETURNS

We do offer returns, exchanges and refunds in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Ensure that the item is maintained in it's original packaging along with protective packaging, all the tags are attached, that it has not been brushed/used and the lace is in tact. Contact support@blondeunicorn.net for return address and send it back. Our returns window is 30 days from delivery date. Once we have received the item, you can expect your exchange/refund to be processed within 3-5 working days. We always advise to send items via a tracked means, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items. We reserve the right to apply a restock fee.

We DO cover the shipping for refund if there is product quality issue or wrong items, but for non-quality issues, cost for shipment need to be paid by customer themselves.
Please aware, we DO NOT cover customs clearance fees for international shipments.

Any discounts from promotions applied will be deducted in full from any refunds processed when not all promotional items are returned.

How do you care for Blonde Unicorn wigs?

Blonde Unicorn wigs and hairpieces are easy to care for. Our exclusive fiber processing allows our wigs to “bounce” back to their original style if maintained and cared for properly. Following are simple washing instructions to keep all Blonde Unicorn products looking great:

• Gently hand wash while soaking in cold water with a dash of Cleanse shampoo.

• Thoroughly rinse the wig in clean cold water to remove shampoo.

• Do NOT brush the wig while fiber is wet. For short styles, allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand or lay flat on a towel. For medium to longer wigs and curly styles, lay the wig flat on a towel to air dry.

• Once the wig is completely dry, the ready-to-wear styling should return with a gentle shake of the wig. Revitalize spray conditioner will add luster to the fiber.

Can a hair dryer be used on wigs?

For most styles, curling irons and blow dryers should never be used as they may damage the synthetic fiber. Unless the wig or hairpiece is specifically labeled as being made with “Heat Resistant fiber”, hot styling tools should not be used.

For our vegan synthetic hair, you can curl up to 320 degrees fahrenheit. When styling with heat, let the curled hair sit in the palm of your hand for about 5 seconds to cool & set, then gently release.

NOTE: While our high quality vegan synthetic fibers can be heat styled up to 320°F, using heat on our curled or pre-styled wig/extension will permanently change its special original texture.

Are there any special tips to help maintain Blonde Unicorn wigs and hairpieces?

Wig care products developed by Blonde Unicorn exclusively for use with synthetic fiber will help to maintain the life and beauty of any wig or hairpiece and will aid in keeping its original condition. Regular cleaning of your new Blonde Unicorn wig is the best way to keep it looking fresh and new. Remember, a wig is like a delicate garment; with the proper care, it will look beautiful.

We recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo for our 100% Remy Human hair products or a gentle wig shampoo for our Japanese Synthetic Fiber products. Remember to only wash when needed and let air dry!

Other tips to keep our wigs and hairpieces looking beautiful are:

• Make sure wigs are stored properly when not worn. Using a wig stand or styrofoam head is the preferred method. Long styles can be hung or laid flat on a surface. Never fold the wig or hairpiece and put in a box or plastic bag (except while traveling).

• Be careful wearing a wig or hairpiece around areas of extreme heat such as a hot oven, fireplace or barbecue. While the fiber used on Blonde Unicorn products is not flammable and does not pose a threat, extreme heat can damage the fiber making it frizz.

• For longer styles, it is best to lay the wig on a flat surface and brush from the bottom up. This will help to protect the fiber and will keep it from pulling out of the cap.

Note: Unfortunately synthetic hair cannot be dyed.
